Who We Are & What We Do

The BIPOC Health Leadership Network (BHLN) is a registered not for profit organization and community of health leadership professionals who identify as Black, Indigenous or professionals of Colour.

As the network of professionals of all stages grows, we will be developing original content, host professional learning and development opportunities, share job postings, develop a mentoring program, and establish collaborations with partners.

We are always looking for healthcare leaders, emerging and seasoned. Get in touch with us now to see how to get involved.

Mission

BHLN exists to support, uplift, and promote healthcare professionals of colour, improving representation in senior leadership roles, leading to greater impact on the redesign of an anti-racist healthcare system.

Vision

We envision a healthcare system that acknowledges and actively disassembles structural barriers of institutional racism impacting communities and workers within the system itself.
